Future Folkways designs gatherings, workshops, and collaborative experiences for people who want a more intentional relationship with technology, culture, craft, and community. Through essays, reading notes, and cultural inquiry, we also explore the ideas and systems shaping our experience of the world and our place in it.

We work through four modes:

Library — essays, marginalia, field notes, and cultural commentary.
Studio — projects, installations, experiments, and creative collaborations.
Gatherings — facilitated conversations, workshops, and experiences.
Guilds — communities focused on shared practice, craft, and inquiry.
